3. What iPhone version does it support?
Our Solution works on all iPhones running the 2.0, 2.0.1, 2.0.2, 2.1 software, locked or unlocked. That includes:
1) iPhone 3G with any firmware (locked or unlocked)
2) First generation iPhone with 2.0, 2.0.1, 2.0.2, or 2.1. firmware (locked or unlocked)
4. I'm not a very "Tech" person, are you sure I can disable/enable the EDGE/3G by myself?
Our Solution is the easiest available on the Internet. If you can switch on your iPhone, you can disable the EDGE/3G! The procedure is very simple and doesn't require any technical knowledge.
5. How about Tech support?

6. Do you have to activate my membership?

7. My computer uses Mac OS X. Do you have a solution?

11. I disabled EDGE / 3G, how can I re-enable it?
Yes, you can disable/enable as you like. No need to contact your carrier's customer service and wait up to 48h for disabling/enabling. Just point to "disable3g.com" from your iPhone and follow the instruction.
12. On how many iPhones can I block EDGE/3G?
If you own several iPhones, you may use our solution to control EDGE/3G access on all of them! We don't recommend sharing your unique access code with other people since it is linked to your personal information and payment information.
13. Do I need my phone activated with a specific carrier such as AT&T?
No, your iPhone can be activated with any carrier. Our solution is completely carrier-independent.
14. I bought an unlocked iPhone, I'm now using T-Mobile (or any other carrier). Can I use your product to enable EDGE / 3G?
Yes. Our solution can disable the EDGE/3G, but it can also enable it for another carrier other than the one you bought the phone from. For example, you purchased your AT&T iPhone, then unlocked it, and you are now using a T-Mobile SIM with a data plan. With our solution you can enable the T-Mobile EDGE/3G and access Internet.
Please consult the list of supported carriers. If your carrier is not in this list, you can still use our solution but you will need to ask your carrier for some specific information.
15. I know the APN address, username, and password for my carrier. Can I use this information to use EDGE/3G to access Internet on my iPhone?
Yes, simply use the 'Enter custom information' option in our solution. Note that you need a data plan or an account with the carrier to use it. If you don't know this information, you can also browse our list of supported carriers. These carriers are already implemented in our solution so it is quick and easy to use.
16. Will you charge for future updates when they become available?
No, when you purchase our solution, you purchase a lifetime membership that provides free updates for life always available to all of our customers.
17. How can I be sure that it will work for me?
For now, every customer who used our solution was 100% satisfied. If for any reason you don't succeed despite our support, you will be refunded on PayPal. But don't worry, it will work for you too!
